ACTOM Turbo Machines is equipped with extensive workshop facilities and specialised capacities to support the machining, fabrication, inspection, and assembly of turbomachinery and high-speed rotating equipment. Our advanced workshop infrastructure enables us to handle complex repairs, refurbishments, and overhauls across a wide range of industrial and power generation applications. Operating on a 24/7 basis, our facilities are structured to provide rapid turnaround and emergency support services, helping clients minimise downtime and maintain the reliability of critical rotating assets.

20000m² under roof workshops with four overhead cranes (2x 20 ton, 9 ton, and 5 ton).

Machining Capabilities

Vertical CNC Lathe: 2-Axis, 3.6m x 2.1m, 50 tons
Horizontal CNC Boring Mill: 4-Axis, 2m x 1.5m, 20 tons
10 CNC/conventional lathes: up to 3m x 10m, 40 tons
CNC Milling/Boring Mills: up to 8 tons
Various machines: keyway cutters, surface grinders, etc.

Blasting & Cleaning

Sandblast, glass-bead, and aluminum oxide blasting facilities
Wash bays, non-destructive testing bay, spray booth

Balancing & Specialized Workshops

Low-speed dynamic balancing: up to 32 tons, up to 3300 RPM
Dedicated white metal workshop, including smelting and casting
